Youth Talent Development Programme
Papakura City FC’s Talent Development Programme (TDP) is designed for players who want to challenge themselves and reach their full potential. Our mission is to provide a clear pathway into national team programmes and professional environments. The programme is a long-term project aimed at achieving entry into the Youth NRFL, the highest level of regional youth football.
PCFC has provisional TDP status, meaning we are working towards full accreditation.

International Representation
We would like to congratulate Cassius and Sia on their success representing their respective countries in international football during 2025.
The Talent Development Programme (TDP) is overseen by New Zealand Football and administered by the Northern Region Federation, setting a standard for youth competition and development (U13–U17). Only TDP-accredited clubs can play in the highest youth leagues, and clubs must meet criteria like coach qualifications, training sessions per week, match filming, access to goalkeeper coaching, and facilities.
Player selection is based on prior knowledge of players and open ID training sessions in February 2026. Players are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they can. Dates include:
