Papakura City FC is a community club. This policy is in place to ensure the club can operate fairly, sustainably, and in the best interests of all players, teams, and volunteers.
Fees are payable at the time of registration by credit or debit card through the Sporty registration platform.
If you are unable to pay in full due to financial reasons, please contact the Club Treasurer or Club Secretary as early as possible to discuss a payment plan.
Requesting a Plan: If a player or family is unable to pay fees in full at the time of registration due to financial reasons, they must contact the Club Treasurer or Club Secretary as early as possible to discuss and arrange a confidential payment plan.
Payment Plan Policy: See here on our website
Compliance for Participation:
Team Allocation: Players who have not made any payments prior to team allocation may not be allocated to a team.
Taking the Field (Senior Players): Senior players must have an approved payment plan in place before they are eligible to take the field.
Consequence of Missed Payments: If payments under an approved plan are missed or not completed, the player may be stood down from training and matches until payments are brought up to date.
Senior fees must be paid in full before a player takes the field, unless a payment plan has been approved as above
If payments under a payment plan are missed or not completed, the player may be stood down from training and matches until payments are brought up to date.
All fines must be paid or formally disputed within 7 days of the invoice being issued.
If unpaid after 7 days, an administration fee of $5 will be added.
Players with unpaid fines may be stood down until the full amount is paid.
Fines outstanding for more than 90 days may be referred to a debt collection agency.
Teams that play a stood-down player risk defaulting the match under federation rules.
A family discount of 10% applies to three or more players from the same household.
The discount applies to standard season fees only.
The discount does not apply to:
Skills Centres
Holiday Programmes
Development Team (JDP or TDP) fees
Example - Senior Player $295+Youth Player $215+Junior Player $190 = $700-10% = $630
Where development players are involved, the family discount is calculated against the junior / youth fee part of the development fee.

At Papakura City Football Club, we believe every player should be able to take part, regardless of their financial situation. To help make football accessible for all families, we offer flexible payment plans for registration fees.
All payment plans are through the GoCardless direct debit system. Depending on what payment schedule you request an amount to cover the transaction fees will be applied (example Senior fees $295 paid off weekly over 20 weeks will have transaction fees of approx. $11 = $306 total paid)
Payment plans allow fees to be paid off weekly, fortnightly or monthly to line up with your pay days.
All plans have a maximum end date of Saturday 29th August. A payment schedule will be worked out based on timeframe from date of first payment (within 1 week from registration date) to the end date.
Payment plans must be set up before the season starts (or as early as possible).
Registration is not complete until the direct debit mandate has been completed.
If a payment doesn’t go through, GoCardless will automatically retry 3 days later, with subsequent attempts made 1 week and 2 weeks after the initial missed payment. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your designated bank account to avoid interruptions
If circumstances change, we ask that you communicate with the club early so we can help.
We understand that families’ situations can change. If a standard payment plan isn’t manageable:
please contact the club confidentially,
we may be able to adjust the plan or discuss other support options.
