The PCFC Junior Development Programme gives our junior players a structured development opportunity, helps make PCFC family life easier, and makes your child’s football experience even better.
Here’s what we’re offering
After hearing from you, we know that time can be tight — and from our side, finding volunteers to coach teams can be tough. So, we’re stepping in to provide club-coached junior development teams for players in the 10th, 11th & 12th Grade age groups.
No more worrying about finding a parent coach from within the team we’ve got it covered.
These are not graded teams, but teams made up of players who are committed to developing their football.
What’s the cost?
$550 for the season
What’s included
Season Fees – Total cost includes the $190 junior playing fee
Training Shirt (new colour in 2026!)👉 https://pcfc.footballhq.co.nz/pcfc-youth-training-shirt-navyPlayers with a navy shirt from 2025 will have the option to upgrade to a training jacket instead
Club-provided Coaches – Familiar faces from our Skills Centre and Holiday Programmes
Training Sessions – Two sessions per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays), including 6 weeks of pre-season training
Supervised Game Days – A coach guiding the team every game day
Development Support – Our Director of Football oversees session plans to ensure development and progress markers are met. Players will also be observed for future progression into the Youth TDP programme
