With the 2012 winter season fast approaching, a number of our excellent Club Based Referee volunteers will need to sit a Refresher Course to continue to provide their valuable service to the game at grassroots level.
If you are a Club Based Referee (CBR) and your accreditation has expired (check your CBR card - the Refresher Course is for those CBRs with 31 December 2011 expiry dates) you need to attend and participate in the FREE three-hour CBR Refresher course.
The course is required for all CBRs who gained accreditation during the 2008 year or earlier.
The course will cover a number of aspects of the CBR role including: law changes from 2009-2012
offside law
handball
player equipment
signals
Two course dates have been scheduled:
Saturday 25 February: 1pm-4pm
Sunday 26 February: 1pm-4pm
Venue: Auckland Football offices, Mt Smart Stadium, 51 O’Rorke Road, Penrose.
Be quick as there are only 10 places available each day. Registration closes Friday 17 February.
